The drinks are the point, not an afterthought. The cocktail menu features in-house signature drinks including THE LAST STING, HI‑COCO and HACKNEY SPRITZ; Hollie Wright, credited as a mixologist here, has been profiled for signatures including THE LAST STING. Order with the horizon in view and the appeal is very clear.
Food is kept in the right register for rooftop drinking: Karaage Chicken, Truffle Mushroom Arancini and Oysters of the Day are there to share rather than slow the evening down. On weekends, DJ sessions and ticketed events shift the room from polished sundowner spot into a later-night address.
