Pizzana

Pizzana is a Neapolitan-meets-California mashup, where slow-fermented dough meets unexpected, flavour-packed toppings. Co-founded by Candace and Charles Nelson (of Sprinkles Cupcakes fame), this Brentwood hotspot delivers charred, chewy crusts and beautifully balanced flavors that set it apart from the usual slice shops.

The Cacio e Pepe pizza is the star, loaded with parmesan crema, cracked black pepper, and fior di latte—basically, the perfect marriage of pasta and pizza. The Neo-Margherita sticks to tradition with bright San Marzano tomatoes and fresh basil, while the Diavola brings the heat with spicy soppressata and Calabrian chilies. Beyond the pies, the meatballs, chopped salad, and gelato are worth saving room for.
