The Fitzroy flagship roastery anchors a small group of high-design cafés built around in-house roasting and technical coffee service. Industry Beans operates with a clear sense of purpose: clean lines, open spaces and a focus on daytime hospitality. Locations across Melbourne share the same minimalist aesthetic and offer a window into roasting operations on site.

Coffee is the constant, from single-origin espressos to cold brew and precision filter pours. The bubble coffee — a cold brew with tapioca pearls — is a cult favourite. The food menu skews towards light, contemporary fare with fine-dining level plating: beetroot-cured salmon, coffee-rubbed wagyu, crisp halloumi. Expect app-based ordering and small tech flourishes throughout.
