Nobody’s Baby
This low-lit South Yarra bar comes from the team behind Bar Liberty and Capitano. The room is velvet-lined and booth-heavy, with a saturated pink-red glow that signals its cocktail-first focus.
Nobody’s Baby skews spirit-forward with seasonal, house-developed signatures that often use Australian botanicals. The wine list is compact, with a few natural-leaning bottles, but cocktails do the heavy lifting.
Bar snacks are sharply executed — anchovy soldiers, mortadella with pickled peppers — and the mood stays polished without slipping into stiffness. We’d aim for a booth and plan to settle in.
