This standing-room-only espresso bar sits just off Little Bourke Street, surrounded by laneways and office towers. With no seating and a narrow footprint, Patricia Coffee Brewers is built around fast, focused service and consistently sharp coffee.

The house blend is roasted in-house, and single-origin guest beans rotate through the grinders — including picks from top Melbourne outfits and respected international roasters. Espresso is the core, but filter brews are prepared with the same attention to detail.

Milk coffees are well-calibrated; long blacks and filters skew more complex, often fruit-driven. A tight pastry selection comes from nearby bakeries. It’s walk-in only, and weekday mornings see a brisk rush of regulars.
