Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters
Set above Fed Square, this light-filled restaurant was built to showcase Victoria’s regional produce and wine. It follows the ethos of the original Farmer’s Daughters, with a strong focus on seasonality and traceability.
The tasting menu shifts with the landscape and includes native herbs, freshwater trout, and pasture-raised meats, sourced directly from local growers and fishers. Wines are all-Victorian, with a list that favours small-batch and biodynamic producers.
We’d start with a glass overlooking the river, then let the menu take the lead. Everything here is anchored in connection—to place, producers, and the rhythms of the state.
