Máximo Bistrot

Last updated July 15, 2026

Máximo Bistrot in Roma Norte feels like it’s got everything just right. The neighbourhood’s full of buzz and character, and this place fits in perfectly. You’ve got the market nearby, which gives the chef plenty to play with – always something fresh and interesting. It’s not overly fussy or pretentious either, just really good food with a bit of flair.

Late lunch is a good call here. You can enjoy the light streaming in through the large windows while the streets start to come alive around you. Dinner's a bit more of a scene, with a mix of locals and those who've heard the word. It isn’t trying to be a secret spot, and that’s part of its charm. It’s just solid, enjoyable, and really worth your time.

Check their Instagram for updates if you’re curious, but honestly, it’s the sort of place where you’ll end up staying longer than planned, tucking into another bottle of wine.
