Eggslut

Eggslut has taken the humble breakfast sandwich and turned it into a full-blown obsession. What started as a small food truck is now a cult-favourite spot, and their Venice Beach outpost is the perfect place to grab a yolk-filled brioche bun before hitting the boardwalk. The concept is simple: high-quality ingredients, perfectly soft scrambled eggs, and a bun that’s buttery, fluffy, and just the right amount of indulgent.

The must-order? The Fairfax—soft scrambled eggs, chives, cheddar, caramelised onions, and sriracha mayo on a warm brioche bun. If you’re after something even more indulgent, the Slut (a coddled egg over smooth potato purée, served in a jar with baguette slices) is an experience in itself. And for those who like a little extra protein, the Bacon, Egg & Cheese or the Gaucho with wagyu tri-tip will do the trick.

It’s a grab-and-go kind of spot, so expect a line, but once you bite into that rich, buttery egg sandwich, you’ll know it was worth the wait.
