Kala Lombok Hotel

With only 14 carefully designed rooms, Kala Lombok Hotel keeps things quiet in a part of Lombok better known for surf trips and beach-hopping. The mood is deliberately pared back: a boutique stay built around calm, comfort and enough space to properly switch off between days on the coast.

Its position in Kuta, Pujut, is the practical draw. Selong Belanak, Tanjung Aan and Kuta Lombok’s main beaches and surf spots are all a short drive away, so you can spend the day moving between breaks and come back to an outdoor pool rather than a big resort scene. There’s an on-site restaurant, free Wi-Fi and airport transfer too, which keeps the logistics pleasingly simple.

Rooms range from Deluxe Natural and Deluxe Terra to a Deluxe Suite with Kitchen, useful for longer stays or groups. The design takes inspiration from Cala Cantalar on the Alicante coast, and since opening in 2026 the hotel has drawn consistently high guest ratings for cleanliness, service and value.
